7ha splitted into 25 small vines in 7 villages. Most of the vines are aged from 50 up to 120 years old

Around 40 differents autochthonous varieties in field blends (red and whites).Main red grapes : Baga, Jaen and Tinta Amarela represent 70% of the field blends.Main white grapes : Encruzado, Siria, Fernão Pires, Bical, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal and Arinto represent 80% of the field blends
Fermentation
Natural fermentations with indigenous yeast. No use of enological products except low doses of sulphur (mostly before bottling - 20/30 mg/L of total). Reds fermented in open vats called lagares. Whites fermented in 500/600L barrels and stainless steel
Aging
Mainly in wood, but also stainless steel
